Login & Register

Introduction

The login experience is the starting point for new and registered users who access the platform to discover your content. The login window overlay pops up when you click the ‘ Login’ or ‘REGISTER’ button in the header, on any page and at any time.

Login

You can log in if you have an account set up already. If you require login credentials, consult your site administrator.

1. Click the LOGIN button on the right side of the header    

   

   
   

2. Enter your email address and password and login in the pop-up window

   
   

   

   
   
3. Once you’ve successfully logged in;
   • Users return on the same page where they started the login process
   • Administrators (Site Admin, Channel Admin, or LEO) are redirected to the back-end upon logging in

Register

To register a new user account on the site follow the steps below.

1. Select the REGISTER button on the header, a pop-up window will appear

   
   

   

   
   
2. Complete the form by entering your email address, password and confirmation of the password

3. Click Create Account

   
   

   

   Choose a Display Name, and click Submit Information

   

   A 6 digit code will be sent to the entered email address. Go to your inbox to retrieve this code

   

   Enter the code into the registration window on the site to confirm the email

   

   • The 6 digit code lasts for 5 minutes and the time left is visible at the bottom of the window 

   • If the code expires users can resend a new code manually in the window

     

   • If the window is closed during this process, the user must start the process from the beginning

   • If you entered the wrong email address click Edit Email to change it. On the next window enter the new email and click SAVE & SEND CODE button to retrieve the code

     

     
     

   • If you do not see a code in your inbox or SPAM inbox, click the Contact us button to submit a request to the site owner

     

     
     

     After confirming email you will be logged in. Click the CONTINUE button to start viewing the site

     

   • A regular user will return on the same page where they started the login process
   • Administrators (Site Admin, Channel Admin, or Live Event Operator) are redirected to the back end admin panel

Resetting Your Password

If you have an existing account and forgot your password, follow the instructions below to reset your password

1. Select the LOGIN button on the right side of the header, a pop-up window will appear
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address associated with your Vidflex account and click RESET PASSWORD
4. A 6 digit code will be sent to the entered email address. Go to your inbox to retrieve this code
5. Enter the code it into the forgot password window on the site to confirm the email
